She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chile Gleason and Nannie Isla Lane Gleason; her husband Sherrill Sloan Lewis; her daughter Judy Moody; and her siblings, Frank, Randall, Earl, Rhett Gleason and Pauline Allison.

She is survived by: her daughters, Allison Smith (Everette) of Florence and Amy Lewis (Byron) of Florence; her sister Winnie Waller of Johns Creek, Georgia; her son-in-law Robert Moody of Ruby; her siblings-in-law, Gene L. Lewis of Charleston, Frances Gleason of Darlington and Anne Gleason of Fork; her grandchildren, Robyn Kilgore, Nick Moody, John Moody, Taylor Davis, Ariel Davis, Gwen Navey and Caleb Schnee; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Kilgore and Adalynn Kilgore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
