With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Superintendent Billy Gaskins (Florence, South Carolina), who passed away on December 16, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest "Pete" Gaskins and Christine "Eaddy" Gaskins; his wife Supervisor Magdalene Gaskins of Florence, SC; his son Billy Gaskins, Jr. of Samford, NC; his godson Tony McWhite; and his sisters, Millie Alston of Union, NJ, Tillie Smith (Nathaniel) of Moncks Corner, SC, Lillie Ross McCray of Florence, SC and Carol White of Knoxville, TN. He was also cherished by four sisters-in-law; seven brothers-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
