With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Dowdy of Florence, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 10, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Arnold" Dowdy and Argene Yeatts Dowdy; and her sister Gail Guess. She is survived by: her sisters, Cheryl Allen (Bubba) and Sally Crowley; her brother-in-law David Guess; her nieces and nephews, David Alan Guess (Caitlin), Brandon Maloch (Kayla) and Ashley Guess; and her great-nephews, Ollie Guess, Cooper Guess and Maxton Maloch.
