He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer W. Baldwin and Nellie Baldwin (Andrews); and his sister Joan Milligan. He is survived by: his wife RoseMarie Baldwin; his daughter Monica Albright (Steve); his grandson Benjamin Albright; his stepsons, Fred Schilling IV and William Schilling (Julie); his granddaughter Anne Schilling; his brother Sam Baldwin (Lynn); his brother-in-law Jim Barnett (Neil Newton); and his cousins, Larry Baldwin (Kim), Susan Clopper (Neale) and Barbara Walters.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to First Baptist Church of Florence, House of Hope, or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
