He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Reilly Jr. and Hattie O'Reilly; his siblings, Hugh O'Reilly, Bobby O'Reilly, Helen Bassett and Pat Hicks; his children, Cheryl Ann Veal and Thomas "Little Tommy" O'Reilly IV; and his nephew Jerry Christopher "Chris" O'Reilly.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret O'Reilly; his children, Tina O'Reilly Anderson (Terry), Sheryl Lynn O'Reilly Aman (John) and Alan Paul Lane (Lori); his niece Serena Bullock O'Reilly; and his sisters, Harriett Holliday and Sandra Smith. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Quinby Baptist Church (950 E Ashby Rd, Florence, SC 29506). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Quinby Baptist Church, 950 E. Ashby Rd., Quinby, SC 29506 or to the Jayne H. Boswell Animal Shelter, 1434 McCurdy Rd., Florence, SC 29506.
