He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maleckar and Lois Hergert Maleckar; and his brother Bryan Maleckar. He is survived by: his siblings, Jay Maleckar (Suzanne) of Florence, Tom Maleckar of Vancouver, WA, Bob Maleckar (Linda) of Florence, Chris Maleckar (MacKel) of Ridgeville and Susan Maleckar Dean (Jim) of Florence; and his sister-in-law Katie Maleckar of Georgetown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Miracle League of Florence County.
