It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Edward Wilson of Florence, South Carolina, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Eddie Wilson; his parents, John Wilson and Eunice Wilson; and his siblings, John of Woodrow, G. C., Mary, Miriam, Trudy and Peggy.
He is survived by: his children, Sally Wilson, Mike Wilson (Karyn) and Mary Lynn Kleinknecht (Bob); and also Joyce Wilson. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
