She was predeceased by: her parents, Winnie Byrd Cooper and David H Cooper; her son Bryson Richard Cooper Avery; her brother David H Cooper II; and her grandparents, Elzie A Byrd, Cecil Sharp Byrd, Edgar Cooper and Velma Thedford Cooper Adams.
She is survived by: her husband David Avery; her daughter Carmody Tisdale; her son-in-law David Tisdale; her grandchildren, Knox Tisdale and Bryce Tisdale; her sister Teresa Cameron; her sister-in-law Marilyn Cooper; her aunts, Wanda Byrd and Linda Buchanan; her uncle Darryl Byrd; her daughter Simril Kelly; and her pet Cassie.
