She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Jessie Dunbar Lissaman of Brandon Manitoba, Canada. and William Henry Lissaman of Brandon Manitoba, Canada.; her friends, Marilyn Brown, Duncan, Aiken and Plum Pudding; her granddaughter Claire; her husband Bill; her children, James Dunbar McDonell of Folly Beach and Melinda Laurie Roddick; her son-in-law Brian Keith Wolahan; and her granddaughters, Maria Claire Aguilar of Telluride and Jessica Mock (Jason) of Marietta. She was also cherished by four great grandchildren.
Duncan was a supporter of the Aiken SPCA, the American Cancer Society and many elephant and other wild animal charities.
