He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Palmer McClellan and Helen Creech McClellan; his sister Ida Fanning; and his daughter Cindy Cline. He is survived by: his wife Jean P. McClellan; his children, Jay McClellan (Caroline), Andy McClellan (Tara), Chris McClellan, Debbie Ayers, Phyllis McClellan and Tammy Walling (Chris); his sister Angie Youngblood (Bill); and his brother-in-law Gary Price (Loretta). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
