He was predeceased by : his son Sidney Saville Riggs, IV; and his parents, Sidney Saville Riggs, Jr. and Frances Elizabeth Jones Riggs. He is survived by : his wife Marsha C. Register Riggs; his mother-in-law Earlene Register; his sister-in-law Janice C. George; and his aunt Sarah Jo Powell. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
