She was predeceased by: her father Charles Lathan Morris; and her husband Donald Ray Helms. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Griffin Morris; her daughter Heather Helms of Peachland, N. C.; her sisters, Kelly M. Martin (Darrell) of Lincolnton, NC and Amy M. Kelly (Chad) of Indian Land; her nieces and nephews, Jes Hibbeler (Todd), Shelby Knight (Lane), Savannah Kelly, Payton Kelly, Jacob Garvey and Will Martin; and her great-niece Sadie Knight.
