He is survived by: his wife Christine Costanzo; his sons, John Paul Costanzo (Kristine) of Fort Mill, SC and James Anthony Costanzo (Victoria) of Fort Mill, SC; his stepdaughters, Tonya, Mary and Joanna; and his grandchildren, Ronin, Conlan, Angela and Giacomo. He is also survived by step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
