He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Neeley and Mable Sailers Neeley; his wife Mary Ann Stewart Neeley; his son Gerry Ray Neeley (Big Red); his daughter-in-law Melissa Lynn Adams Neeley; his sisters, Gloria Jean Ayers, Jane Broome and Christine Karen Pittman; and his nephews, Anthony Broome and Shane Broome.

He is survived by: his grandson Gerry Travis Neeley.
