It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Evans of Fort Mill, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on November 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Carpenter and Lucy Carpenter; her husband Al Evans; and her siblings, Walter Carpenter and Frances Carpenter Welch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Addie Jo Cooper of Winter Springs, Lottie Moody of Fort Mill, SC and Corrie Barkdull of Columbia, SC; her children-in-law, Sean Cooper, Chris Moody and Daniel Barkdull; her grandchildren, Emerson, Wyatt, Colt, Lucy, David Alec and Vivian; and her sister Lucy Carpenter Butler of Dolores, CO..
