It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Blackwell of Fort Mill, South Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fort James Blackwell and Madeline B. Blackwell; and his brother James Eugene Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Pansy Nivens Blackwell; his children, Brandon Derek Blackwell and Autumn Celeste Blackwell of Fort Mill; and his grandchildren, Riley Kaicen Blackwell and Christian Coy Blackwell.
