He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Howe and Della Howe. He is survived by: his son Michael Howe (Nicole); and his siblings, Mike Howe, Sue Ballard (Wayne), Cathy Parker (Mike), Linda Ballard and Vicky Chance. He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
