He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Joan Braswell Blackwell; his children, Tyler Blackwell, Destiny Blackwell and Robbie Freeman; his grandchildren, Luke and Katie; and his sisters, Debra Blackston (James) of Liberty, SC, Phyllis Smith of Seneca, SC, Pam Burrell of Seneca, SC and Walhalla. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
