He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Allen Horton and Ronnie Williams. He is survived by: his parents, Jenny Horton Williams and Shane Williams; his siblings, Parker Williams and Millie; his brother-in-law Lennon Brooks of Raleigh; his nephews, Winston and Baker Brooks of Raleigh; his grandmothers, Mildred Essick of Pilot Mountain, NC and Cathy Williams of Hendersonville; and his in-laws, Alex and Angie Sutherland of Tega Cay. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, a very special coworker.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McEwen Pineville Chapel (10500 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations in Gabe's name to the Humane Society of York County.
