He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pogue and Delores V. Collins; his grandmother Mildred King; and his siblings, Linda S. Harris, Dorothy E. Collins and Lawrence A. Collins.

He is survived by: his wife Rohini Bissoondat Pogue; his children, Kimberly Pogue Reid (Scott), Valerie N. Pogue, Courtney N. Pogue (Derek), Matthew G. Pogue, Jasmine D. Pogue and Isabella K. Pogue; his grandchildren, Sydney, Scott II, Luke and Norah; his brother Kenneth C. Collins; and his mother-in-law Kathleen Bissoondat.
