He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Johnson and Jessie Moody Johnson; his son Jay; and his granddaughter Rachel. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; and his daughters, Bonnie and Jill. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
