He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Cook (Lewis), Caitlin White (Tyler) and Carissa Childers; his sisters, Terri Ann Archie and Beverly Holcombe (Bo); and his aunt Iris. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and close friends.
