He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Payne of Rock Hill; his son Gregory Jon Payne of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Gavin, Chase and Sadie; his son Chad McRay Payne of Brea; his grandchildren, Nathan and Allison; his daughter Nicole Shirlee Swainey of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, Hannah, Addie and Trey; his brother Michael Payne of Redding; his sister-in-law Mary; Jennifer Payne, Rachel Tormondsen of Barnum and Dale. He is also survived by children and families; and many other relatives and dear friends.
