We are sad to announce that, on July 17, 2023, at the age of 76, Joyce Ann Williams of Fort Mill, South Carolina, born in Rock Hill, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, S. O. Sweatt and Catherine Milner Sweatt. She is survived by: her husband Charles Lee Williams III; her siblings, Dollie Sweatt Carpenter and William Thomas Sweatt Joyce; her children, Charles Keith Williams (Pam) and Sherry Williams Foxx (Billy); her granddaughters, Michelle Williams Burgess and Lauren Ashley McCoig (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Miah Rachelle Burgess, Everly Fae McCoig and Samuel Dean McCoig.
