She is survived by: her mother Kathy Bell; her husband Rusty; her daughters, Kaira and Alyssa; her mother Kathy Clippinger; her stepfather Steve Clippinger; and her brother Bryan Osborne. She is also survived by 2 nephews and 2 nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in her name to either the American Lung Association or the American Nurses Foundation.
