He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Talitha Newman and Webster William Magnuson; and his brother Don Roy of Valparaiso. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Codd; his son Chase Allan (Jeanine) of Broken Arrow, OK; his siblings, Gwen and Chase (Mary) of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Chase Jr. (Anna) of Broken Arrow, OK, Cami Singletary (Connor) of North Hollywood, CA, Tye (Kate) of Broken Arrow, OK, Ethan Hajas of Tempe, AZ and Jacob Downes (Bree) of Boise, Idaho; and his great grandchildren, Carmen and Julia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
