He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fabio Salvador Elias and Francisca Hernández; his wife Maria Paz Peña Hernández; and his children, Ana Delmy Hernández (Carlos), Ivan Hernández (Donanji) and Deysi Sulaj (Dashnor). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
