She is survived by: her siblings, Audrey Giachetti and George Decker, Jr.; her former husband Clarence "Joe" Nelson; her son Joe; her husband Donald Apgar; her sister Ethel Bench; her children, Robert Nelson (Deborah), Linda Curry (James), Nancy Haug and Beverly DeLigny (Greg); her grandchildren, Kerry Loucks, Jeff Sorensen, Cheryl Johnson, Kevin Nelson, Dan Sorensen, Kelly Ann Herriman, Gregory DeLigny, Jr. and John Haug III; and her great grandchildren, Jake Loucks, Derek Louks, Whitney Johnson, Natalie Johnson, Brandan Sorensen, Anthony Sorensen, Gabriella Sorensen, Maya Sorensen and Liam DeLigny. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the VFW.
