She was predeceased by: her father John William Todd; and her sister Betty Todd Richardson. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Armstrong Todd; her husband Dexter Lee Cook, Sr.; her children, Dr. Dexter Lee Cook, Jr. (Ginger) of Fort Mill and Tina Cook (Alan Chasteen) of LaFayette, Louisiana; her grandsons, Dexter Lee "Trey" Cook, III (Jennifer) and Andy Cook; and her great grandchildren, Dexter Lee "Dex" Cook, IV and Harrison Edward Cook.
