He is survived by: his parents, Greg Childs and Kathleen Childs of Rock Hill, S. C.; his sisters, Michelle van Steÿn (Simon), Arlington and Jennifer (Lance); and his nieces and nephews, Sofia, Xavier, Cameron and Finley. He is also survived by extended family; and many friends who became his family.
