He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola Ortiz and Yolanda Ortiz (Nee Flaiano). He is survived by: his wife Anna Donovan; his children, Nicholas (Nancy), Christine (Andrew Bristow), Stephen (Cristy) and Susan (Michael Schurr); his grandchildren, Bret, Christopher, Leighann, Nicholas, Michael Jr., Alyssa, Casey, Anna, Kimberly, Kyle, Jason, Matthew and Christina; and his great grandchildren, Isabela, Bret Jr., Ellie, Benjamin and Kevin.
