She was predeceased by: her parents, Deamer C. Osborne and Ruby Butler Osborne; and her former husband William Charles Watts Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Tom Kay; her grandchildren, Lilly, Charlie, Annacate and Cole; her brother Cullen Osborne (Doris); and her nieces, Kelly Modlin and Brandi Henry.
