He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Stift Mayhew (Sis) and Paul William Mayhew Sr. (Bud); and his sisters, Ginger Debnar, Pauline Mayhew and Mary Mayhew.
He is survived by: his daughters, Meghan Mayhew Ruona (Jason) and Emily Mayhew; his granddaughter Madison Quarles; and his sisters, Debbie Schwertfeger and Roxanne Romitti. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and lifelong friends.
