She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Honeycutt Ashley of Fort Mill and Leonard Ashley of Fort Mill. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Starnes Rouse (Kenneth); her granddaughters, Taylor Carter Best (Jared) and Chandler Clarke Rouse; and her great grandchildren, Aaron Allen and Joy Carter Best.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 130 Tom Hall St, Fort Mill, SC 29715. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
