It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Morton Shelley of Fort Mill, South Carolina, who passed away on October 29, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fonzie Morton and Bertha Efird Morton; her husband Harold Shelley; her sons, Hal "Footsie" Shelley and Steve Shelley; her sister Jahala Locklear; and her grandson W. C. Shelley.
She is survived by: her son Dale Shelley (Jayne) of Fort Mill; her sister Jean Fulp of Fort Mill; her grandchildren, Chancie Lynn Kelly (Justin Jackson) and Grant Shelley; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Justin, Aeden and Chanc; and her great great grandchild Cole.
