He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward Fago and Elizabeth "Betty" Austin Fago; and his brother Larry Fago. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Fago; his children, Jason Fago (Lesslie), Gary Fago (Deniel) and Amiee Fleahman; his siblings, Lisa Fago and Ken Fago; his grandchildren, Justis Fago (Kennedy), Jonathan Fago (Violet), Jazzlyn Fago, Hannah Fago, Skyla King and Madison Fleahman; and his great grandchildren, Dawson Fago, Serenity Fago, Jonathan Fago Jr. and Banx Fago.
