He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Williams and Edna Williams; his wife Nadene Williams; his son Jeffrey B. Williams; and his brother Harlan Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Judith B. Brown (Thomas); his granddaughters, Stacey Ann Conner (Bud), Erika Nadene Dorman (Timothy) and Kelli Elizabeth Caponi (Gino); and his great grandchildren, Koryn Nadene Dorman Ruggles (Kyle), Adisyn Dorman, Elin Conner, Noah Robert Conner, Jacob Caponi, Mia Caponi and Joshua Caponi.
