She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Costner (Bundt) and Edith Whisonant Costner; her husband Tommy Lowder; and her brother Vernon Costner. She is survived by: her children, Mitch Lowder (Susan) of Newberry, SC, Lynn Lowder Tong (Hoan) of York, SC and Ken Lowder (Lori) of Fort Mill, SC; and her sister Vicky Costner Phillips Adkins of York, SC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
