With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Naomi Cowart of Fort Mill, South Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Carl Wilson; her husband Raymond Joseph Cowart; her brother John Carlisle Wilson; and her nephew Matthew DeBock. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Cowart of Fort Mill, Daniel Cowart of Fort Mill, Laurie Hogan (Mike) of Fort Mill, Stacey Labrador (Angel) of Fort Mill and Christopher Cowart of Fort Mill; her grandchildren, Kara Hogan (Chase), Raymond Labrador (Wendy), Shane Hogan (Alina), Rachel Labrador (Caleb), Trey Hogan and Alex Labrador; her stepgrandchildren, Heather Martin (Ward), Tom List (Janie) and Jessica Herron (CJ); her great grandchildren, Angel Peter and Solomon Lee Labrador; and her nieces, Anne DeBock and Sharon Goddard.
