She is survived by: her spouse King Arthur Spainhour, Jr.; her daughter Jill Suzanne Mackowski; her son-in-law Nicholas John Mackowski; her granddaughter Mia Addison Mackowski; her son Todd Clayton Spainhour; and her daughter-in-law Megan Elizabeth Spainhour.
