He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Earl Stover and Constance Sue Stephens Stover; and his siblings, John William Stover and Courtney Stover Yager. He is survived by: his wife Denise Kugler Stover; his sons, Dalton Stover (Bethany Carroll) of Grey Court and Derek Stover (Peyton Fisher) of Fort Mill; his former wife Shawn Bare of Chester; his siblings, Rodney Stover of New York, Randall Stover of East Liverpool, Crystal Smith of New Cumberland, W. V. and Connie McGill of Raeford, N. C.; and his parents-in-law, William and Barbara Kugler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
