The family announces the passing of Stanley Melvin Finger of Fort Mill, South Carolina on September 8, 2026. Stanley, born on February 16, 1947, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Stanley will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Stanley by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Stanley is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Stanley’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his wife Shelley Finger; his daughters, Stacey Charouhis (Steve) and Jennifer Nitkin (Adam); and his grandson Jeremy.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Fort Mill (1065 Traditions Dr, Fort Mill, SC 29715). Please RSVP for entry as venue has a security gate.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stanley's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Special Olympics.
