He is survived by: his wife June Johnson Bush; his daughters, Amy Smith (David) of Lancaster, SC and Marie McManus (Wayne) of Fort Mill, SC.; his grandchildren, Kayla Smith Harrell, DJ Smith, Taylor Bruce, Logan Bruce, Nathan Bruce, Brady Hensley, Gracyn McManus, Jay McManus and Jayce McManus; and his brothers, James Kukral of St. Michael, MN, Dennis Kukral (Karren) of Dyer, IN and Duane Kukral of Minneapolis, MN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
