He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn R. Kay and Margaret Hall Kay; his brother Bill Kay; and his wife Norita Kay. He is survived by: his children, Connie Kay Fincher of Crawford, T. K. Kay (Sylvia) of Decatur, David Kay of San Diego, Calif and Chuck Watts (Connie) of Trophy Club, Texas; his daughter-in-law Eva Kay of Moorhead, MN; his stepson Michael Brown of Decatur; his grandchildren, Lilly, Charlie, Cole, Annacate, Brent and Betthany; his great grandchildren, Tyson and Tanner; his sister Glenda Evans (Frank) of Braselton; his brother-in-law Cullen (Doris Osborne) of Fayetteville, N. C.; and his caregiver Becky Adkins of Rock Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
