It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Manuel Plumey of Fort Mill, South Carolina, who passed away on February 15, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Efrain Plumey and Ana Artigas Plumey. He is survived by : his wife Isabel Plumey; his children, Bernadette Plumey (Amrith), Javier Plumey (Aneesa) and Omie Plumey (Arielle Citrone); his sister Margie Plumey; and his grandchildren, Lucas Plumey, Amelia Prabhu, Elias Plumey, Eliana Plumey, Aaron Prabhu, Alexander Plumey and Ivy Jo.
