He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Hunter and Margie Laney Hunter; and his son Richard "Ricky" Marcus Hunter. He is survived by: his significant other Sally Watford Hunter; his son Rusty Hunter of Fort Mill; his siblings, Bessie Bennett (Butch) of Fort Mill and Mike Hunter (Robin) of Fort Mill; his grandchildren, Cole Hunter (Kelly), Mason Hunter and Haileigh Ellis Wilhelm; and his great grandchildren, Ella and Violet Hunter.
