He is survived by: his wife Nina Reid Mack; his children, James Francis Mack (Lena Perkins) and Mary Catherine Mack (Daniel Shanahan); his grandchildren, William Mack, Thomas Mack, Adelaide Shanahan and Connor Shanahan; and his siblings, Allison Mack (Jeanette), Billy Mack (Faye) and Julie Mack Hill (Matt).
