He is survived by: his wife Vivian A. Cook; his sons, Marshall Cook (Angela), Gary Cook (Rene), Jonathan Cook (Melanie) and Bruce Miller (Kimberly); and his siblings, Roy Cook (Gail), Shirley Cook, Linda Bobo (John) and Mamie Grayden. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and in laws.
