He is survived by: his children, Philip Chesney (Cindy), Paul Chesney (Vicki), Phyllis Madden (Walter) and Dorie Edwards; and his siblings, Billy Chesney and Joanne Bramlett. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
