She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Barnes; her parents, Charles Cleveland Honeycutt and Betty Grace Lovin Honeycutt; and her son Matthew Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Samantha "Sam" Watkins (Adam); her grandchildren, Wyatt Watkins, Emory Watkins, Tyler Thomas and Jenna Godfrey; and her siblings, Doyle Rogers (Wenona) of North Carolina, Darlene Sawitski (Ray), Tina Honeycutt and Deana Young (David). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
